Weekly piano lessons are available during class time, and daily practice time is built into your child's schedule.
High school students learn the basics of cooking by preparing hot lunch twice a month for students and staff.
Students have the opportunity to show friends and family what they've learned through piano and choral performances at our bi-annual recitals.
One aspect of our performing arts evening was a student, who had been taking dance lessons for a year, demonstrating one of the dances she had learned - a waltz. Our evening also included piano performances, a brief dramatization of the 23rd Psalm, and a recitation of Psalm 91.
Engaging in community service provides students with the opportunity to become active members of their community and has a lasting, positive impact on society at large. Community service enables students to acquire life skills and knowledge, as well as provide help to those in need. Currently, we serve at a monthly office lunch meeting, and we put together bags of food and other necessities for those in need. We've also volunteered at the Marion Polk Food Share.
